A complex array of aromas including lime, lemon citrus, stone fruit, nougat and cream backed by gentle toasty oak notes. The palate is balanced with an intricate and creamy mouth-feel from the extended aging on lees. Excellent depth of flavour balanced by a long, elegant finish and extended length.
