Tasting: Very complex nose, with toasted, vanilla notes from the oak barrel ageing; full-bodied, distinguished palate, the expression of a superb terroir in a great vintage.
Grape: Merlot, Cabernet
Food pairing: Enjoy with red and white meat and also with soft cheese

Vinification: Cold maceration for a 4 days then still fermentation for 32 days at 27°C
