  • We offer local delivery services within Hong Kong. Standard orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days after payment is confirmed.

  • In the event of public holidays or exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be extended. We will notify you in advance if any delays occur.

  • Certain frozen or fresh items require special packaging, which may affect delivery schedules.

  • Enjoy free delivery on orders over HK$500.

Delivery Fees

  • Orders over HK$500: Free express delivery

  • Orders under HK$500: HK$80 shipping fee

  • Remote Areas: An additional HK$40 delivery surcharge applies. (Includes: Mid-Levels, Mount Davis, Deep Water Bay, Repulse Bay, Shek O, Chung Hom Kok, Stanley, Tai Tam, Jardine's Lookout, Hong Kong Parkview, Brick Hill, Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, Science Park, Lau Fau Shan, Sham Tseng, Ting Kau, Lam Tei, Fairview Park, Pat Heung, etc.)

  • Outlying Islands: Delivery services are currently unavailable for Outlying Islands (such as Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, and Peng Chau). (Exceptions: Delivery is still available for Ma Wan, Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung Town Centre, Hong Kong International Airport, and Mui Wo).

  • Restricted Areas: Delivery services are currently unavailable for restricted zones, areas with special road restrictions, or regions where trucks are prohibited.

  • We accept a variety of payment methods, including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, FPS (Faster Payment System), PayMe, and Octopus Wallet. All orders are processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$).

  • For offline payments, please send a screenshot of your receipt/transfer confirmation to our WhatsApp to confirm your order.

  • We use a third-party payment service provider to process online transactions. Your credit card details will be securely encrypted and saved by the payment service provider.

  • We do not directly collect or store your credit card information.

  • We reserve the right to change our online payment methods at any time without prior notice.

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or has quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide photos of the items in question for verification. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a refund or a replacement.

  • For food safety reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Please note that due to their perishable nature, fresh and frozen foods are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
